Taking Steps for Autism Walk & 5K

2024 Race Information

We are excited to see everyone in person this year at the 2024 Taking Steps for Autism Walk & 5K, sponsored by Tools 4 Teaching, Liberty Federal Credit Union, and 14News. 
The event is being held at a *NEW* location this year, at the Vanderburgh County 4H Center, located at 201 E. Boonville-New Harmony Road, Darmstadt, Indiana 47725.

RACE DAY SCHEDULE
7:30am - Race day registration opens
8:30am - Registration for the 5K closes
8:55am - Singing of the national anthem
9:00am - 5K Start
10:00am - Kids Dash / Walk Registration closes
10:10am - 5K Awards
10:30am - Walk for Autism starts (this is a one mile walk)

***Those who register *ON or BEFORE* April 5, *WILL* receive a t-shirt with all sponsors!*** 
 

Autism Evansville is not affiliated with any other autism organization, either locally or nationally.  All proceeds from this event stay in our local community.

SHIRT PICKUP:
For individuals who registered BEFORE the deadline of *April 5,* shirts will be available for early pickup on
**Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 9a-5p** at Tools 4 Teaching, LLC on Green River Road.
For anyone unable to pick up their shirts early,
we will have all shirts available for pickup on Saturday, April 20, the day of the event, beginning at 7am, at the Vanderburgh County 4H Auditorium.
