    Kids Dash starts at 2:00 PM and 5K RACE STARTS AT 2:30 PM on Sunday March 17th, 2024.  Start and finish are at Barley's Taproom in Knoxville.

    Join us for the 11th Anniversary of the best St. Patrick's Day 5K AND our new KIDS DASH in Knoxville!!! 

    Each 5K entry fee includes:

    Our cool T-shirt

    All you can eat pizza buffet provided by Barley's and two drinks (must be 21+ to drink) will be served by Barley's awesome bartenders.

    A finisher's medal (for the first 850 runners who register ---**Due to your exceptional support, all 2024 dated medals have been claimed!!! Finishers registering now will receive an undated medal or another item of their choosing from the merch store.**), Tshirt, free photo downloads from our awesome photographer, and a swag bag from our fantastic sponsors.

    Each Kid's Dash entry fee includes:

    Our cool t-shirt in Youth sizes only **only 50 youth shirts available** , All you can eat pizza buffet provided by Barley's, Tshirt, free photo downloads from our awesome photographer, and a swag bag from our fantastic sponsors, a fun finisher's ribbon & a surprise gift!  *Kid's Dash is an un-timed 1/2 mile down and back on Jackson Ave.  Parent's can walk and encourage kiddos along the route.

    Carrie On Events stands as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that orchestrates an annual 5K event in Knoxville, aligning with the vibrant spirit of St. Patrick's Day. 2024 will mark our 11th remarkable year of this race.

    The best part is that you get to have all this fun while supporting a great cause! 

    All proceeds go directly to Emily's Power For A Cure. EPFAC is a foundation whose purpose is to raise funds and awareness for neuroblastoma research.  It's also a group that we hold very dear to us.  Strollers and dogs are welcome (at your own risk) on the course and dress to impress!  We have our coveted Carrie Daugherty Spirit Award up for grabs again this year!  **Please note that since this course is on an open street, headphones are discouraged.**
