    Gorgeous ridgeline trail running, lakeside beach views, and rolling forest roads make the Cave Run Lake Marathon a race for every runner wanting to tackle the marathon distance.

    Staged at the popular Twin Knobs Recreation Area you’ll find all the amenities you need as well as a community of runners to share your marathon journey with.
