    5x5k challenges participants to complete five 5K’s in 24 hours, all around the Denver metro area. There will be mapped out 5K courses in five locations and you’ve got 24 hours to hit them all.

    Five 5Ks. 24 Hours. Denver Metro Area. You’ve got 24 hours – from 7:00 p.m. on October 16 to 7:00 p.m. on October 17 – to run (or walk) five 5K courses all around the Denver metro area. It’s safe, contactless, self-paced, and app-guided. Register NOW at http://forgood.ly/5X5K. 

    When you get to each starting line, there will be a QR code to scan that opens up the route's turn-by-turn instructions so it is totally contactless...with a staff member there to help if you have any questions or problems. Each person gets a medal and bib by mail.

    And we’ll be doing some good along the way – if you register with the option to support one of our local charity partners: NAMI Colorado (National Alliance on Mental Illness), Shatterproof (Reversing the Addiction Crisis in the U.S.), and ZERO—The End of Prostate Cancer.
