Come join us for the 5th Annual BE BRAVE 5K & FUN RUN at Prairie Queen Recreation area, NE-370 & S 132nd St, Omaha, NE 68138. This ALL ABILITY event includes a 5k Run or Walk, 1 Mile FUN RUN, OR Virtual 5k. All racers will receive a BE BRAVE t-shirt. ***Anyone registering after September 28, may not receive a shirt.
Dress in your best costume to win our "Best Costume" award. Awards also given to the 5K Top Finisher Male and Female, and the top Special Olympics athlete 5K finisher.
Prizes will be announced Sunday evening and mailed to recipients after the race is complete.
All proceeds from the event will go to the Special Olympics East Region.
Packet Pick up will take place on Sunday, October 16th, at Prairie Queen, starting at 7:45 am.
