    Approximately 2.2 billion people lack access to safe drinking water worldwide. Kohler is committed to solving this problem and you can help. Proceeds from this event will be used to support organizations and non-profits around the world dedicated to providing safe water for all. 

    The Run/Walk for Safe Water is a 5k in Kohler, WI, benefiting global water projects around the globe. The course takes you through the beautiful Village of Kohler, beginning at the Kohler Co. Main Office Building and finishing at Woodlake Market. This is a family friendly event open to all ages.

     

    Race Day Schedule - Wednesday, September 14th, 2022:
    • 2:30 pm - Same-Day Check-In Registration Opens.
    • 5:00 pm - Welcome Remarks
    • 5:15 pm - 5K Run/Walk Starts Immediately Following Remarks 
       

     

    Early Packet & Shirt Pick-Up:
    • Location of Pick-up - In the lobby of Kohler HR/Law Building (Highland Drive, Kohler, WI).                                                                                                   
    • Tuesday, September 13th - 7:30-8:30am & 11:00am-1:00pm
    • Wednesday, September, 14th - Packet pickup also available prerace starting at 3:00 pm at the event tent near Main Office Building

     

    What You Get With Registration:
    • Professional race timing with fast, accurate results
    • Live music at the finish line - Woodlake Market Green Space
    • Food, & beverages available for purchase at the finish line - Woodlake Market Green Space
      • Food Includes: Brats, burgers, portabella mushroom burger (vegetarian option), & chips from Woodlake Market
      • Beverages Include: Fresh pressed juices, mocktails, cocktails, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices from Awakening
        Credit cards & cash accepted

     

    Awards:
    • Overall Winners - Awards will be given for overall male and female finishers at the end of the event.
    • Age Group Winners - The top two finishers (male and female) in each age division will win awards.                                                                                         
    • Age Divisions - 20 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

    Weather / Refund Policy

    In the event of a cancellation due to weather, COVID-19, COVID-19 Delta Variant, or other unforeseen circumstances, all proceeds will be donated to Safe Water for All partner projects. If the race is cancelled there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason - Race Day Events has a NO REFUND policy.

    While across businesses and communities COVID-19 guidelines are trending in a direction that could allow for a more familiar onsite race experience, during the race we may implement health and safety measures, such as face coverings, physical distancing and other requirements if deemed appropriate.
