    Packet Pickup will be on Friday, June 24 from 8:00 - 5:30 at the Family Justice Center (533 N. Niles Ave, South Bend). Please pull up to the circle drive and our volunteers will bring you your packet. We will also have last minute, onsite registration available. 

    June 6, 2022 Update: T-shirts have been ordered! If you did not register before the t-shirt deadline, there will be a limited number of extra shirts available for registered participants at Packet Pickup on Friday, June 24. The extra shirts will be first-come, first-served so plan to arrive early in the day if you want a shirt! 

    To secure your preferred shirt size, please register by June 3, 2022. Due to nationwide shipping delays, there will be no flexibility in this date. Thank you for your understanding. 

    Join the Family Justice Center on Saturday, June 25, 2022 for the fifth annual Bacon Around the Bend 5k! Participants will complete this 5k piggy parade while feasting on savory strips of meat-candy. All finishers are invited to celebrate their achievement with post-race bacon-themed snacks at a finish line party hosted at Corby's Irish Pub. Participants over the age of 21 will also have the opportunity to toast their achievement with festive libations (bacon and Bloody Mary's anyone?). To celebrate the fifth running of Bacon Around the Bend 5K, all registered participants will receive a one-of-a-kind medal! 

    Please note that this is family fun run and NOT a timed event; the bacon is the true prize!

    Registration fees: 
    Adults - $35 includes race shirt, drink ticket, finisher medal, and bacon goodies
    Under 21 - $20 includes race shirt, finisher medal, and bacon goodies
    Ages 4-12 - $10 includes race shirt, finisher medal, and bacon goodies

    Bring your family (strollers welcome and bacon babies age three and under are free)!
    Costumes encouraged!
