    The 8th Annual Doggie Dash 2024 fundraising event, hosted by Haven Humane Society is a fun and exciting way to support the non-profit organization. It's a family affair and if you are a dedicated runner, we have John Luaces from Midnite Racing on site to time & certify your results!

    The Doggie Dash 5k (3.1 mile) /10k (6.2 mile) walk or run is dog-friendly and a great event for the entire family! Costumes encouraged, and best costume pup prizes will be awarded in the following categories: Best Costume, Most Creative, Cutest and Best Duo!

    Join the only certified, pet-friendly race in northern California! Fastest runner awards for 5K and 10K categories will also be awarded. John Luaces from Midnite Racing will be on site to time & certify your results.

    Event T-shirts will be available for purchase on race day for $20.

    Doggie Dash will start and finish at the Sundial Bridge, a spectacular crossing over the Sacramento River designed by Santiago Calatrava. The glass-decked Turtle Bay Sundial pedestrian bridge is the centerpiece of the regional and beautiful trail system. The beauty will dazzle you as you run or walk through the trees and next to the Sacramento River.
