Come and join us for one of Long Island's Fastest and Flatest Courses!

All who register by March 6th at Midnight will be guaranteed a dry-fit t-shirt! You can come and collect your shirt on Friday March 15th at THE IRISH TIMES PUB between 4-6pm! SLAINTE!

*You can still register at the Early Bird Bib Pick-up and Race Morning too!

Virtual Race Information & Participant Instructions: 
WHEN / WHERE?
You may run your race anywhere you choose at your own convenience and post your results anytime before March 17th 2024. Complete your run, and upload your results and photos on the race website.  (You can also go to your RunSignUp profile, go to your Upcoming races, and click on Submit Virtual Results. ) **Don't forget to print out your finisher's certificate after you submit your time by going back to the results! **
 
HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR RACE BIB:
After registering for the race, click the circle icon in the top right corner of RunSignUp.com
-Click "profile"

-Scroll down to "Upcoming Races" Select View the Pre-Race bib. Print it out and wear as you run your race! Take a photo and share on social media!

CHARITABLE GIVING INITIATIVE:

The STRONG ISLAND RUNNING CLUB recognizes the importance of "giving back" to our community. As such, we have aligned ourselves to assist in fundraising on behalf of TEAM RED WHITE AND BLUE. This 501 (c) 3 Charity assists our wounded veterans in a multitude of ways including participation in athletics. Attend a STRONG ISLAND RUNNING CLUB event and help us help our local veterans. Please consider donating at checkout!

Please bring a non-perishable food item to this event to participate in our ongoing effort to help ISLAND HARVEST feed our neighbors on Long Island. We will collect these at The Irish Times Pub on March 17th and all who donate will be entered into a raffle for a free race entry and a special mystery prize!
