Race date is July 3rd, 2021!

READ THROUGH ALL BELOW - IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please read emails to stay updated or check our page on Runsignup for updates.
JULY 3rd 2021, 7:30 am Fastest Corrals and walkers will be invited into the stadium between 6:45 am and 6:55 to line up as instructed. All other run corrals will be invited into the stadium at 7 am to be lined up by 7:10 am. OUR goal is to have everyone lined up and ready by 7:15 am for the 7:30 am start time. We will spread out along the track and everyone will cross the start getting their OWN START TIME. This means (as in the past) a small number of racers (3-4) will cross the pad at once with others close behind. We will send an email listing this info as we get the most accurate list nearer to the race.
Order will be
Fastest Corrals first (we will notify and designate this on the bib) Group A
Then first large combined corral of runners Group B
followed by second large corral of runners Group C
followed by possibly -Group D (if needed depending on final numbers)
OUR PLAN ULTIMATELY IS we are looking to put racers into approximate areas by finish time so that there are fewer passes or jam up with runners. The ideal set up is to roughly start with people going about the same pace lined up at about the same area. This creates a very smooth race and allows ample room.
CORRALS WILL BE USED POTENTIALLY TO HELP DISTRIBUTE BIBS AND TO LINE RACERS UP IN ORDER OF PACE.
Not a real separation more of a line up! You will be able to run with your group. We will explain what to do in emails before race.
Canonsburg, PA Canon Mac Stadium start - Course TBD ( will update) Similar to 2019 and will be emailed.
Note - late registration period begins mid-June. All registration will be done online. You can register up until 9pm on July 2nd online. Please note for anyone who may have trouble with internet access etc. - our volunteers can assist you so that you can register at that time during bib/t-shirt pickup on July 2nd. We ask that those who are able to register online if able. There will be no in person registration on race day so plan accordingly.
You will need an estimate of the time it will take you to finish the 5K. If unsure just do the best to estimate your time using the link :estimator to calculate finish time
$25 Registration UNTIL MIDNIGHT (EST) JUNE 16th (ONLINE and MAIL IN)
$31 Late Registration JUNE 17th UNTIL JULY 2nd 9 PM EST (ONLINE only registration. No in person registration)
For those who may have trouble registering online and can only do mail in - print form, mail to address on form and postmark by JUNE 16th with payment. If you know someone in this situation please print the registration form for them by clicking on the link below. They can complete form and mail in as postmarked by June 16th - $25 as it is considered an early registration.
T-SHIRTS - new this year ...

Please note we are handling T-shirts very differently this year not everyone will get their t-shirt by race day...so read on to understand-
EARLY Registration - Register by JUNE 16th
to receive your shirt on July 2nd or July 3rd. We will have a curbside pick up at the stadium July 2nd. It is encouraged to pick up on the 2nd if you are able to do so at the curbside pick up. If you wait until race day to pick up shirt - Shirt will be available at a table after you finish the race.
Late Registration JUNE 17th through JULY 2nd
will also receive a shirt ordered in your size and style AFTER the race from a drive through pick up (TBD) a few weeks after the race as we will order a second batch of shirts for late registrants.
At this time there will be no water station along the route - hydrate well before and after the race. Restrooms will be available.
Below is a list of policies for participants -
If you have symptoms of COVID or have been exposed to COVID - please do not attend the race.
Masks are now optional. As per CDC if you are unvaccinated then you need to wear a mask when lining up and after the race (not during the race). We will base the policy on the latest guidelines. We advise Children under 12 are not vaccinated and a mask at start and finish is what is recommended- no mask needed while running or walking during race. We love our families! Our goal is to have a fun and safe event for all!
It is important to know your BIB NUMBER AND CORRAL NUMBER assigned by Runsignup. This can be found in your confirmation email OR your runsignup profile. We will be using the assigned number for your bib and you will need it to sign up for groups, T-shirts etc. Your bib number is sent in the confirmation email from runsignup after you register. Bib numbers/corral can also be found in your "profile" on runsignup ( your account). As before we will be timing your own start and finish time. It is possible that your corral number may change as we pick top runners or add a lot more participants. We want you to be with your group and will line you up with that in mind.
PACKET PICK UP & BIBS July 2nd ( if possible) Drive up or Drive through pick up from 2:30 to 8:30 pm. Our volunteers will assist you car side or drive through style. The pick up IS NOT INSIDE the Stadium but from iron street through (one way) the parking lot. The location is the parking lot off Iron Street behind the stadium. You can even register on your phone while there and pick up bib as well! T-shirts of those who did early registration are ordered and will be available for pickup. Those who registered late will have a second drive through pick up in July TBA.
We are encouraging local participants to pick up on July2nd if possible - it is important to know your assigned bib number /Corral from Runsignup. Look at confirmation email from registration or profile in Runsignup for bib number.
NOTE - We will be notifying participants of the top runner group etc so they will be running first when we get closer to race day. Bibs will be pulled and organized into these groups and distributed when your group gets lined up to race.
July3rd Race day - Bibs will distributed if not picked up on July 2nd -T-shirts for early registrants that are not picked up on July 2nd will be available a table AFTER you finish race)
POST RACE FOOD/WATER
We will have pre- packed goody bags and some foods with safety measures in mind available along with water bottles for our participants.
