    BAYFIT is back and we're hitting the trails! The Ragged Root 5K will take place on the trails of Anne & Chuck Dever Park off of San Casa in Englewood, FL .  These are relatively hard packed trails with beautiful bridge to run over on the way out and on the way back! Strollers are welcome, but please remember these ARE trails.

    RACE ROUTE: Out, around and back on shellrock and pine path through scrubby flatwoods. Twice over a bridge that traverses Oyster Creek, a tidal waterway that connects to the Gulf of Mexico via Lemon Bay. So the view is nice if you can catch your breath enough to enjoy it! 

    Packet Pickup Race Morning STARTING @ 10: 30 AM

    Sign-ups are open until 8:15 - NO CASH ACCEPTED - you must use your phone to register online. 

    RACE IS NOW STARTING AT 12:00 NOON DUE TO WEATHER!!!!! - start is located by the entrance to the the parking area.

    All registrants receive a short sleeve tech t-shirt, size is only guaranteed if registered prior to January 7. 

    Post race snacks and jammin' music of course! 

    Adult beverages available provided by Libee's Sports Bar & Grill! 

    Pricing $35 until Jan 7, when it becomes $40.
    Pre-race packet pickup Saturday 2/3 at BAYFIT gym in lemon bay plaza from 8:30-10:00.

    19 under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and Above.

    Overall M/F, Masters, GM,  SGM, VGM Awards.
