    5 week Training course July 17th-August 17th
    Coach Joe Rogers
    $60, $95 for course and entry fee; members
    $90, $125 for course and entry fee; non-member

    Beginner to Expert
    Ages 18+

    Participants will receive Tshirt and a Medal

    Awards for Top Female and Top Male finisher
