    RUN THE MILES. END THE STIGMA. #JustTalk

    A Virtual 5K Run/Walk to help promote mental health awareness and encourage discussing mental health related topics.

    Take a walk with your family or friends and use the time to really discuss what is new in your life, things that are bothering you, or just chat!  

    Remember that there are people there if you need someone to talk to and that you are a listening ear for others as well.
    Call 1-800-273-TALK to talk to the National Suicide Prevention Hotline. 

    With your registration, we will provide you with a t-shirt and goody bag! 
    Please provide your mailing address in the registration form and we will mail you your shirt as soon as possible. 

    If you post a picture of you completing the 5K and tag the SCOPE Health Council on Facebook, you will receive an additional FREE GIFT!

    It's time to get the word out there that it is okay to talk about your feelings!

    If you are competing, please upload your time into the results tab on the run page after you complete the race. 
    If you are doing this as a fun walk, you can still upload a picture to the race page so we can see how much fun it was!

    This run is hosted by Socorro County Options, Prevention and Education, the SCOPE Health Council, a non-profit organization for the health and wellness of Socorro County.
