Thank you for joining the Lancaster community and supporting the Lancaster High School Cross Country team! Run with the Bruins is our annual 5k fundraiser. We're glad for you to join us!
This year, we will be hosting the 4A Region 3 Cross Country Championship immediately following the 5k fundraiser. Stick around to watch these high school and middle school athletes compete!
New for 2023
Parking: All participants and spectators are required to park in the LHS Visitor Parking Lot, entering from Colonial Avenue. No one will be allowed to park on Stadium Drive or the elementary school parking lot. This is for the safety of all our racers and keeping the flow of traffic easier on race day.
T-shirts: We are excited to announce that our shirts this year are made of performance material! We also have a new design. Previous years' shirts will be sold for $5.
Food trucks: Flavor Factory will be in the Visitor parking lot with donuts/coffee for purchase. De Carne Somos will be arriving closer to 10am with lunch for purchase. Participants will still have complimentary refreshments at the finish line.
Registration/Packet pickup: Please arrive early to pick up your bib and shirt from the registration tent on the Visitor side of the Stadium. The race will start promptly at 9am! Anytime Fitness will have trainers to help you stretch and get ready for the race. Their tent is next to the registration tent.Entry Fee
Until October 1st: $20 for adults (over 18), $10 for kids (18 & under - discount will apply at checkout). Includes a t-shirt!
After October 1st: $25 for adults, $15 for kids. T-shirt sizes not guaranteed after this date.
Parking
All participants and spectators MUST park in the LHS Memorial Stadium Visitor's Parking Lot. No one will be able to park along Stadium Drive or the elementary school parking lot this year. Use the entrance from Colonial Drive and pay attention to our volunteers to ensure the safety of all our racers.
Packet Pick-up
Bibs and t-shirts will be available for pick-up the day of the race, starting at 8:15 am. Please arrive early to make this process smooth and timely!
Course Map
The course map is located on the race website at this link.
Awards
Top 3 male and female finishers will receive prize money. Post-race refreshments will be available to all participants.
Awards will be presented by 9:45am. We will have the high school region championships starting shortly after 10am.
Results
Results will be posted to the race website by the afternoon on race day.
