    The Denver Twilight Series is back for its 4th year! The DTS is a USATF-Sanctioned summer track and field series at Englewood High School with events from the 100 to Two Mile for athletes of all ages and abilities. Our goal is to bring the Denver running community together with high quality events that are fun for athletes and spectators alike. Events will start at 6:00 pm and finish under the lights. More information on the series can be found below: 

     
    Approximate Schedule of Events (Times may change each meet based on entries- final schedule will be emailed out after entries close) 

    6:00- All Field Events Start- HJ, Discus with Shot Put to follow, Lululemon Long Jump
    6:00- Evolution PT and Fitness 300 Meter Hurdles- PT services for top 3  
    6:15- Roll Recovery 100 Meter Dash- Roll Recovery products for top 3 
    7:00- Denver Twilight Mile presented by Fleet Feet registration HERE
    7:30- SHIFT Speed Coaching 100/110 Meter Hurdles- $150, $100, $50 cash or coaching services 
    7:55- Free and Fun Kids Hurdle Race  
    8:00- Fick PT and Performance 400 Meter Dash- $400 cash, $300 gift card, $200 gift card
    8:30- RNWY 200 Meter Dash- $150, $100, $50 cash for top 3
    9:00- Oiselle Women’s 800 Meter Run- Oiselle outfit for top 3 
    9:10- On Men's 800 Meter Run- Shoes for winner, running top for 2nd, hat for 3rd   
    9:15- Oiselle Free and Fun 4x4 Relay- $200 in gift cards to winning team ($50 each) 

    Denver Athletics will also give a $100 bonus to any winning athlete who breaks a facility record 

     

    New for 2024 DTS: 

    • Live FAT Results on Meet Pro and on stadium scoreboard

    • USATF-Certified Starters and field event officials

    • Best Spuds Food Truck, Kona Ice, and Aguas Y Mas at all 3 meets 

    • Newly-designed Denver Twilight shirts for all event winners

    • Renovated throwing areas for Shot Put and Discus 

    • Fick PT and Performance Tent for all your prehab and rehab needs

    • Fleet Feet Tent with shoe demos and gear 

    • Oiselle giveaways/raffles for all registered participants

    • Free 4x4 relays at end of night- just show up at 9:00 with your squad!

    Club Coaches- Please register your teams on Athletic.net for a discounted team rate
    Individuals- Sign up for a Denver Athletics Membership and get unlimited entry to all 4 events as well as several training benefits with Fleet Feet and Fick PT and Performance!
