The 45th annual Lenny & Joe's Madison Turkey Trot will be held on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 23, 2023 at 10am! Once again, the 5 mile race and 2 mile walk are in the heart of Madison. Starting and ending on the historic Madison Town Green, both the run and walk courses feature scenic views of Long Island Sound and some of Madison's most picturesque shoreline neighborhoods. Long sleeve t-shirts are guaranteed to the first 2,500 pre-registered runners and walkers. Participants will also enjoy a great post race party and refreshments. Separate run and walk courses, Certified Course and RFID chips. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in the following categories: overall and each of the following age groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69...100+, as appropriate.
Packet pick-up will be held this year at Lenny & Joe's in Madison, 1301 Boston Post Rd, on Tuesday Nov. 21st and Wednesday Nov. 22nd from 11am-6pm. Stop by and pick up your race bib, timing device and t-shirt and avoid the lines on race day! Packets may also be picked up the morning of the race. Registration fees are $20 for walkers and $25 for runners. Registration fees will increase on Tuesday, November 21st to $25 for walkers and $35 for runners.

Event details and schedule
Pre-race packet pick up: Tuesday Nov. 21st and Wednesday Nov. 22nd from 11am-6pm at Lenny and Joe's in Madison, CT.
Race Day: 5 mile run starts at 10am sharp, followed by the 2 mile walk at 10:05am.
Strollers and leashed pets are allowed on the walk course. No strollers or pets are allowed on the run course.
Awards and refreshments served immediately following the 5 mile race.
