Friday Night Twilight 5k

Join friends and neighbors of Kingsbury for its 13th annual on-campus race. The beautiful terrain that makes up the 100 acres of our incredible campus will challenge both runners and walkers with trails, roads, meadows, and hills in a 5K course that will be as memorable as it is demanding. In addition to the 5K race or obstacle race, a Free Fun Glow Run for younger runners will take place after the completion of the 5K race and Obstacle run. 

Gift Cards from Hanson's Running Shop will be awarded to the top three male and top three female 5K participants 15+. ($25, $15, $10 for both male and female winners)

Prizes will also be awarded to the top male and female finishers 14 and under.

The registration fee is $35 until September 28th and $40 to sign up in person on race day. Racers who register and pay by September 8, 2023 are guaranteed to receive a commemorative Kingsbury 5k water bag and custom finisher award.  

Cougar Mudder Obstacle Course 5k

Join friends and neighbors and conquer the first ever Cougar Mudder 5K Obstacle Course Race. You will climb over walls, crawl under obstacles, complete different tasks, and traverse all types of dry and wet terrain. This is meant for teams to work together and challenge each other to try new things and have fun.

Top team prizes for the fastest group finishers of the Cougar Mudder

Both events will be using a chip timer.

The money raised from both events will go toward the athletic program for the children at Kingsbury School.

No sign up needed for the free Fun Glow Run.

$35 Virtual 5k (additional $5 if you need your water bag and award shipped to you)

$35 Runner (Advanced Registration until 9/28)

$40 Runner (Race Day Registration)

Family Discount will apply to all registrants after a group of 3 (advanced registration only)

$140 team of 2 Cougar Mudders

$160 team of 3 Cougar Mudders

$180 team of 4 Cougar Mudders

$200 team of 5 Cougar Mudders

Tentative Event Schedule:

4:30 - 5:20 p.m. Registration

5:30 p.m. 5K Run/Walk begins

5:45 - 6:30 Obstacle course teams start every 10 minutes

7:15 p.m. Awards Ceremony

7:30 p.m. Fun Glow Run

The course consists of wooded trails, meadows, gravel, hills, and uneven terrain.

Entry fees includes: post-race refreshment, glow sticks, top finisher prizes, commemorative water bag, and medal while supplies last (Register and pay by September 8th to be guaranteed your swag)
