1st Annual 5k/ 1 mile Walk /Run Hosted by the West Holt Medical Services Foundation, Sponsored by Keating Resources. All Proceeds to the foundation, which supports growth and projects within West Holt Medical Services. 

Our 5k is designed to be flat and fast with a mixture of pavement, cinder, and gravel, including a mile-long stretch of the Cowboy Trail. The finish, a four-block charge from St. Joseph's Catholic Church back into downtown, is built for excitement. 

For the Mile, enjoy a jog through some of the neighborhoods of Atkinson on the flat, fully paved, rectangular route.

No Awards Currently planned for Mile

All participants will receive a T-Shirt as part of their registration.

COVID-19: We hope to have as normal of a race experience as we can, but with COVID-19 that may not be completely possible. Come race day we will comply with the current directed health measures.

Masks are encouraged at any point social distancing is not possible, particularly in tight crowds immediately before the start or after the finish, but not during the race itself. Masks will be available at the finish.
