COURSE:
This run is part of the "Orchard Series," which offers runners the chance to traverse the pecan orchards at various seasons of the year. The Breeze in the Trees event occurs early in the morning during the summer when the trees boast a full canopy of leaves. Though the pecans aren't yet ripe for consumption, they have reached their maximum size. This provides participants with a rare opportunity to explore the farm and enjoy a truly spectacular running experience amidst the trees.

BENEFICIARIES:

4H Club of Sahuarita and Future Farmers of America, (FFA) of Rio Rico High School
As pecan growers, we understand the importance of nurturing agricultural education and leadership at every level. That's why, alongside supporting the Future Farmers of America (FFA), we're proud to also rally behind the 4H Club of Sahuarita through our upcoming 5K run on August 17th. By backing both FFA and 4H, we ensure a comprehensive approach to cultivating the next generation of agricultural stewards. These organizations provide invaluable opportunities for young individuals to develop essential skills, foster a love for agriculture, and become leaders in their communities.

PLEASE NOTE:
Dirt private roads between the pecan orchard fields.
There will be plenty of water bottles at the start /finish area and a limited amount mid course. We recommend you carry your own water.
No dogs allowed on course.
