    Join us for the 11th annual Run for Rachel 5k and 10k, a Memorial weekend run that is perfect for the whole family. The fun includes great swag (designer shirt, medal, not guaranteed if signed up after 5-22-22), chip-timing, live results and awards, free photos, free kids' dash. Grab your friends and family, because you are not going to want to miss this one!

    This year's event is at the beautiful Grain Valley South Middle School. It's going to be a great day! 

    Race day registrations are accepted, but participants are not guaranteed a shirt or medal. 

    • Restrooms available
    • Post-race water, bananas, and granola bars provided
    • A limited water station on the course will be available, but we do encourage participants to bring their own water for the course.
    • 10K racers will run the 5K course twice
    • Spectators are ENCOURAGED!
