    Sprint race - Created for the "newbie" first time racer interested in a true Swim - Bike - Run race. Swim is in the Bay where the water is calm

    LONG COURSE 70.4 TRIATHLON

    COST:  195.00  $210 as of 2/15/2024

    START:  7AM

    DISTANCE:  SWIM 2200yd   BIKE 56mi   RUN 13.1mi

     

    SPRINT DISTANCE TRIATHLON

    COST:  $145.00

    START:  2 Wave start Times 9AM + 9:30AM

    DISTANCE:  SWIM 500yd   BIKE 12mi   RUN 4mi

     

    TRANSITION AREA:  Bayshore & Ocean Blvd.

    4:00 to 7:30 PM  Packet Pick up & Recovery Lounge Party @ race site 5400 Ocean Blvd 

    6:00 pm Sunset 5K race start 

    *Live DJ + Dancing + Beer Garden + Recovery Lounge will be rocking from 5pm to 8pm on Friday 4/26

    RACE DAY SATURDAY 4/27

    5:30am Transition opens

    6:45am Transition closes for Long Course Athletes

    7:00 am Long Course 70.4 Swim Start

    9:00 am Wave 1 - Sprint Distance Triathlon Swim Start

    8:00am 70.4 Swim Cut-off

    9:30am Wave 2 - Sprint Distance Triathlon Swim Start

    11:30am - Sprint Awards 

    12:00pm 70.4 Bike Cut-off

    1:30pm 70.4 Long Course Awards
