Jeremy Hurm (aka Hurm Dawg), beloved friend, coach, husband, and father has recently been diagnosed with brain cancer. Please join us for our inaugural 5K run/walk to help benefit the Hurm family as they navigate these tough times. 

Unable to make it on race day? No worries! You can still use our registration to make a charitable donation.

All proceeds will benefit the Hurm family to cover related expenses during this tough battle.

 RACE UPDATE:

We have communicated with local meteorologists and as of right now, Friday 1/5 at 11:30 pm, the race is ON AS SCHEDULED! The course will be salted, and we expect some slushy snow. If anything more than expected occurs overnight, we will communicate with you via email and our Facebook page by 5:00 AM. Please use your best judgment in choosing to travel and participate!

REMINDERS:

PLEASE, no dogs at the park.

Strollers are allowed.

Bring cash if you would like to purchase a donut or make a donation.

Packet pick-up is from 8:15 to 9:00 am. 

First call for the starting line will be at 9:10 am, with prayer, national anthem, and group photo at 9:25. Race begins at 9:30.

The awards ceremony and giveaways will begin at 10:45. 

Bring dry socks and warm weather gear!

This is a rolling, fully paved, loop through Idlewild Park.

There will also be race-day packet pickup from 8:15 to 9:00 am

T-shirts available only for early registration (before 12/28/23). Registration is available up until 11:59 pm on 12/28/23.
