Not a runner? If you can walk 2 miles, you CAN run a 5K (3.1 miles) in 2 to 3 months! It takes about 30
minutes 3 times a week. You can do that! And you will feel great! OK, maybe you won't feel
great the minute you finish, but very soon after, you will!
