For larger photo albums (up to about 500 photos), mail us a CD or DVD with your photos:

Be sure to include the name of the event, date, city, state, photo credit, and your email address.

For captions and/or to specify a sort order for the photos, include a spreadsheet or text file with the file names, the sort order you'd like, and captions.

We can typically get the photo album set up the same day we receive your photos. Sending us an email to let us know its coming will increase the odds of same day set up. If we can't get to it the same day, we'll send you an email and let you know when we expect to have your photo album set up.

We display photos at a maximum height of 480 pixels. If you photos are smaller, we won't stretch them. If your photos are larger, we'll reduce them, preserving the aspect ratio. (That means we reduce them in height and width proportionally, so they don't look squished.)

If you'd like some of the photos in your photo album featured on the home page, let us know. Either we can pick out up to 12 photos, or you can.
