We accept website links to Results, Races or Clubs, that include running - road races, trail runs, relays, triathlons, duathlons, running related clubs, race results, you get the idea. And, because our goal is to make it very easy for people to find results, races and/or club websites, we require submitted URL's* (ie. address to the website or webpage) to be the actual link to the results, race or club, not a general website that lists many races, clubs or all kinds of other stuff.

* The URL can take a visitor to a website, web page, .doc file, .pdf, .jpg, etc. just so long as the visitor is taken to information about the race - Race name, date, location, registration information, events, etc.

Because we personally verify every submission, we accept submissions from every one. You do not have to be a registered user of this site. You do not have to be associated with the race or club. If you know of a race or club or results listing that we do not have already, please tell us about it.

If we already have your results, race or club in our database, you will be alerted during the submittal process that we may have your results, race or club. Please do not submit new results, races or clubs if we already have it. If you notice during the submittal, that a correction is required for a race or club (ie. new date for a race), click the 'Yes' button to update the race or club. If a correction is required for results, please Email us.

Once you submit your link/information or corrections, it will not be available on our site until we have reviewed and approved it. Generally, the approval will happen within a few minutes if during normal business hours. Occasionally, it may take up to a few hours (or even a day or two) if the submission was on the weekend. Email us if after a couple of days you don't see your new submission or correction on this website.

We allow submittals from anyone; not just from the race directors or coordinators. We do not have usernames/passwords, because we personally review ALL submissions BEFORE they are made public on our site, by visiting the submitted URL. We check all information submitted for accuracy. We are confident that this process assures the highest level of integrity for the data in our website.

Races in our directory persist from year to year, and therefore, do not include year specific information in the title, like '5th Annual'. If the entry we have for your event has an old race date, you can email us with the updated information, or use the 'Update' link found on the state page for that particular race to update the date. Please DO NOT submit a new site if we already have the event in our directory.

A race does NOT necessarily have to be the ONLY thing mentioned on the web page you submit, but it does need to have more info than just the name, date, and time. In addition to location, date and time, it must have enough information for a person to know how to register for the event - who to contact, how to get a registration form, where to enter.

Please be sure that the race location is clearly included on the page. We not only need to know that it is at the corner of Main and First Streets, we also need to know the city and state that it is in. You'd be surprised how many race sites do not include the city/state, or make it very difficult to find.

If the race you are submitting goes through multiple cities and or counties, please just pick one city and one county. Our system does not handle multiple cities or counties.

To submit a link to a race website, click here. Required information that you will be asked to provide: Race Date, Race Name, Race URL (ie. the link to the race website), State and City. You will also be able to include things like County and specific events (ie. 5K run, 5K walk, 10K run, triathlon, etc.).
