Join us in Orlando for the AAFP 5K Family Fun Run/Walk on
Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 6:30am starting and finishing at the southwest
corner of the Orange County Convention Center North Building! Through Novo
Nordisk's continued support of the American Academy of Family Physicians
Scientific Assembly, the AAFP 5K Family Fun Run/Walk will be free of charge for
all registrants.
This is a great chance for family and friends to support the
American Academy of Family Physicians Scientific Assembly (AAFP) and continue
to promote healthy living through the self-management of diabetes and related
chronic conditions.
