Did anyone else sign up to run the 7.5m run along the Charles on June 27th and NOT receive their refund?  I requested my refund well before the race and they have sent rude emails refusing my refund.  PLEASE HELP!  After reading the unprofessional emails from them I would NEVER sign up for another race.

 

Example:

"there will be no further refunds in the New Charles River Run 7.5 mile.  I have had it with the three of you that do not know how treat others like you would like to be treated! I will take you off the list"

 

I do not understand their harsh response to a simple request....
