I am an exercise physiologist and will be doing a free barefoot running clinic at wash park this saturday 9:30-10:15am.
Running barefoot is one of the best things you can do to prevent injuries and cure common foot and lower extremity aliments. It can also enhance your training; improving your form and making you run faster.
We are trying to get a Denver barefoot running club going where we will meet for weekly barefoot runs (in the grass of course)
If you have read the book "Born to Run" by christopher mcdougall you will know what I'm talking about : )
