I believe in preventing injuries before they occur. Dr. Lee Cohen Associates provides a unique sports exam index that identifies an athletes weaknesses so they can be corrected. Corrections may be made to the athletes training program, shoe gear, biomechanics, muscle strength and flexibility. Personalized programs are designed for every athlete.

Prevention is certainly preferred over an injury, on many levels. Use of the RP Sports muscle recovery machine has been proven to help with the recovery time. The body can often never return to its original state after an injury, but is forever weakened in that area. Prevention can help prevent injury in the first place.
