I don't know if anyone cares, but to conduct a race in the rain on April 19, 2014 in Fruita Colorado was a poor decision.  The trails are in horrible shape as a result of all the runners running in the rain and mud.  I rode Moore Fun on April 22nd and was amazed at how chopped up the trail was.  It looked like a herd of cattle stampeeded the length of the trail.  Later in the week I rode Mack Ridge and Lions.  Lions is in horrible shape as well.  There are several other trails in the Fruita area that are off limits to mountain bikes.  Next year I would suggest you conduct your race on these trails unless you plan to send an army of race organizers to repair the damage you have done.
