I thought this race was really well organized.  It had the best interval signage of any race I've been to.  There were markers at kilometers as well as miles, and a 2.5/7.5 km marker to show the halfway point on the 5K loop.  There was water at 1 and 2 miles, and for the 10K, two loop course they were at 4.1 and 5.1 miles.  The course was advertised as flat.  That's a stretch.  There were no hills, but there was a noticeable upgrade on the first half of the loop.  Even so, it was a lot of fun and well worth coming back to next year.

I am looking to run my first 10k this summer. Would you recommend this race to a first timer?
