The Castle Hill Park Monday Night 3 Miler isn't flat as a pancake as others promote to attract everyone..it doesn't travel along a beautiful lake nor are there birds chirping along the entire route..instead it travels along a gritty urban landscape that showcases the lives of many in urban America and it offers a challenging workout over its straightaways, rolls and hills!! If 67 year old Art French & David J. Colburn can tackle this baby with vigor......so can you:>)
